How much is it? Like in the app

Type the answer with the keypad. If you need a hand, “Show me” turns the multiplication into rows of apples, just like the mini-lesson in the app.

The method

Not quizzes: real learning

Lalo Academy doesn't count right answers: it checks what your child has really learned, and comes back to it at the right time.

  1. 1

    It brings back what's wrong

A wrong answer comes back soon, a right one a little later: practice goes where it's needed.

  2. 2

    It remembers over time

Each fact climbs five boxes, after 1, 3, 7 and 21 days. It's learned only when it's answered well on different days.

  3. 3

    A lesson before every game

A short card explains the idea and what to do, with the same pictures teachers use.

  4. 4

    Step by step, never alone

On column sums “Show me” guides each step. Mistakes are gentle, and there is never a visible timer.

Inside the app

What they learn, screen by screen

Real screens from Lalo Academy, and what each one trains. Everything is hand-drawn on a squared exercise book, which turns into a chalkboard at night.

Lalo Academy — Twelve subjects, one exercise book

Twelve subjects, one exercise book

What your child does

They choose a subject from the notebooks on the home screen: numbers, times tables, clock and nine more.

Why it matters

Short, varied sessions keep attention high: five to ten minutes a day are enough to see progress.

Lalo Academy — The continent of Lalo

The continent of Lalo

What your child does

Every subject is a world on a hand-drawn map, with three flags to win and an animal friend waiting.

Why it matters

A visible journey turns practice into an adventure, so children ask to play again instead of being asked to study.

Lalo Academy — New worlds to discover

New worlds to discover

What your child does

When a world is unlocked a friend comes out to celebrate, and Lalo gets a new accessory to wear.

Why it matters

Rewards come from what they have really learned, not from time spent: motivation grows together with skills.

Lalo Academy — Times tables that stick

Times tables that stick

What your child does

They type the result of each fact, in the order used at school: 2, 10, 5, 3, 4 and then the rest.

Why it matters

Knowing the times tables by heart frees the mind for the problems and calculations of the following years.

Lalo Academy — Dictation with a real voice

Dictation with a real voice

What your child does

A natural voice dictates; they first pick the right spelling, then write words and whole sentences.

Why it matters

Listening and writing trains the spelling rules of your language in a calm, repeatable way, with no pressure.

Lalo Academy — Column sums, step by step

Column sums, step by step

What your child does

They solve additions and subtractions in column with carrying and borrowing; “Show me” guides each step.

Why it matters

Understanding the procedure, not just the result, is what makes calculations reliable.

Lalo Academy — What time is it?

What time is it?

What your child does

They read the analogue clock: hours, half hours, quarters and five minutes, then set the time themselves.

Why it matters

Reading the clock connects numbers to everyday life and builds autonomy.

Lalo Academy — First steps in coding

First steps in coding

What your child does

They give Lalo a sequence of arrows to reach the star, avoiding obstacles, then use loops.

Why it matters

Coding trains logical thinking, planning ahead and fixing mistakes, skills that serve every subject.

  • No data collected

No account, no analytics: progress stays on the device.
